Tonight oat,carrot and Canadian old cheddar cheese patties served with dandelion salad from my garden ( adding onion,tomato, basil).To drink Löwenbräu.For dessert strawberries with yogurt.

I am eating a Fresh Express Thai 'n' Cashew bagged salad mix.
They come complete with dressing and toppings. I always buy them
on half price clearance, they are still plenty fresh.

I added a chopped avocado and cherry tomatoes. Good stuff. I am a salad for dinner fan
when the weather warms up. I am not much of a meat eater.

Cauliflower crust pizza topped with parmesan cheese, chopped garlic, cilantro, spinach, fresh basil, red onion, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, bacon and pineapple.

Zesty Zucchini and Roasted Red Pepper Rotini with capers, garlic, chili pepper, EVOO, and topped with vegan hemp seed parmesan. Served with a mixed salad, whole grain wheat bread, and a bottle of Shiraz wine.

Salmon patty on Brioche roll with sliced cheese (melted), slice of sweet onion + tomato and a couple sea salted bread and butter pickles, smear of mayo and ground black peppercorn. Side: garlic/olive oil vermicelli. Ice tea.



Dessert: split a mini brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a bit of whipped cream.
