I'm still on for shrimp stir fry and baked tofu, but I'm going to try to add some sauteed rutabaga leaves that I had to thin out. Never had them before, threw a few in my salad last night. I can use them as a base for the tofu dish, and if they are horrible, they will be easy to remove.
I am not a very good gardner (yet!) so I try to use whatever the heck I get.
BUT, I did get about 2 cups of peas which will go in the stirfry.
Tomorrow night is a wild rice mix pilaf, to use up the last.. last big of veggies, stuff in acorn squash, defrosted some previously smoked country style pork ribs, choice of carolina BBQ sauce and cranberry jalapeno.
IIRC these ribs were a tad dry, so if anyone has good ideas on best way to reheat.
