Totally stealing Jean's dinner idea. NOTHING was sounding good, and I am instituting a month of pre-summer lower cal food (mostly... sometimes... ).
I have walnuts, pears, curly endive, and cranberries.... so it will be something like that.

Belgium endive is hit and miss here other than one market that is swarmed by snowbirds in season. I stopped there this week when I saw the parking lot was reasonable for the first time in months. I should look for curly endive.
