Lately, I've been craving beef!! probably because it's been months since I've had anything beef. The past couple days have ordered and eaten a McD's Angus burger...the classic with lettuce, tomato, pickle, red onion rings, hold the cheese and mayo (too many calories and fat). I eat only 1/2 of the bun by tearing off the non-sesame back of the bun as I munch the burger. Craving satisfied!! this is probably fairly healthy yet so delish!!

Talking You guys make me crazy...all the goodies UR craving...

Since I can't eat sugar...
and I really don't trust artificial sweetners...
I have had to learn to do without. I really do pretty good, actually.

What I crave the most pretty much every day of my life...and I no doubt dream about... is something ya'll will laugh at.

The very first snack my Mom ever made my older Brother & I was Rice Krispie treats. She even made it in this special old aluminum pan.
She doesn't make them anymore LOL...so she gave me her special rice krispie treat pan.
Now I've got the pan....but Hubby doesn't like Rice Krispie treats, but he will eat them if I make them with cocoa krispies.
Too much sugar in cocoa krispies....

Something about regular Rice Krispie treats...oh and by the way they aren't as good unless I make them in my Mom's special pan... which is an OLD pan. Older than me.

One of these days I will make them. I'll have my Brother come & visit me . He'll have his Daughters & Grandkids come, too. So there won't be any Rice Krispie treats left.
I will eat one.... I will eat it slow, so I will enjoy every little snap, krackle & pop.

OHhhhh Mannnnnnn.................... I want one of those little square rice krispie treats. NOW !!!!

I really do think a lot of it is ALL the GREAT memories of Mom making them for my Brother & I. Remember this was in the early 1960's.

A Bloody Mary Don't know where that came from but was inspired when I looked at the bottle of V8 juice in the fridge. Haven't had one in over 20 years. Ex and I used to make them with V8, vodka, Rose's lime juice, fresh ground black pepper, Crystal hot sauce and a nice green celery stalk with leaves. A meal in a glass
