No no no, you see you confuse something.
Borsh or Borsch as you know it, it is made with an ingredient I gave a link above that we make for Borscht... it is a slightly tangy juice made from corn meal and wheat bran. We place that in the soup instead of lemon or other prefer vinegar. And I was saying that juice is not tangy yet, but tomorrow it will be.
Borscht is not sweet because it has either lemon/vinegar or sauerkraut juice and of course is lovely because is not in big quantities. But I hate the taste of vinegar and I use lemon juice or sauerkraut juice.
I'm done, I am ready to write the tutorial and I will post everything on the Recipe section.
The soup is fantastically delicious, I can't describe to you the smell and the taste of it, you have to give it a try, at least once and I can bet, you will never have another soup from the can.

I used cabbage instead of beets, my husband won't eat beets.
