Just grabbed my little chihuahua and took a ride to McDonald for a coffee and a choc. dipped cone. Then off to Publix to get some deeeliscious chocolate chip bakery cookies! There goes my diet! Dinner will only be some fresh steamed spinach and a cucumber salad.

Last night I made a big pot of split pea soup (with sausage and ham)...and also made some really good seasoned rye croutons. Today I could not resist eating the rest of the croutons for a snack...NOW I'll have to make some more crotons to enjoy with the rest of my soup.
