Kfc or T-bone steak. Takes 4 minutes to fry up and tastes better than anything else in the world.

Pasta, grilled cheese, frozen pizza, breakfast.....any of those. If all else fails, cold cereal.

Canned Tuna is good protein and can be used quickly with some cheese and pasta.

Grilled cheese, pasta, breakfast for dinner! All works for me. Frozen pizza too.

Pasta, easy, quick , filling and tasty ! I always keep a huge variety of pasta around and even some ( very good) deli bought sauces. Though I will often have pasta very simply with some olive oil and parmsean and maybe a little squirt of sun-dried tomato paste.

Grilled Ham , Onion and Cheese Sandwiches

Salads

Scrambled Eggs with cheese and toast

Soups ( in winter I make a huge batch and freeeze so I tend to have it at hand )

Tuna Mayo sandwich or salad

Sardines ( lovely toasted on croissants)

Some sort of pasta..or..I admit it...tuna helper. My husband and I both love the creamy broccoli kind, so I'll generally doctor that up a bit with some fresh veggies and call it a day.

Ketchup and hot water mixed together. It's like tomato soup.
Then you can break up some bread or crackers and drop in it.
I don't weigh much either.

Always have home made gravy and meatballs & sausage in the freezer and loaves of Italian bread & spaghetti and h/m white clam sauce. It is so easy an quick to make. I have a super power gas burner on my stove and dinner can be on the table in less than 15 mins. A 5 qt. pot of water boils in 5 mins.
