Mexican, Italian, Dim Sum, Tapas

I mostly eat Mexican peasant food and homemade thick soups (almost stews, actually) made with lots of fresh veg, legumes, hot peppers and chicken or ham.

Generally my favourite kind of food is French, Japanese, Regional Italian ( Game, Seafood, Risottos etc..), Mexican ( the real thing in Mexico), Thai, and Spanish.
