How do you like your salsa? I like mine medium and hot, depending on the taste of the salsa. IMO, if you're going to eat mild salsa, you might as well just sip some tomato juice. No difference.
Why do those who like hot like it? Doesn't it drown out the flavors? Explain please. If you like salsa hot, are you also a smoker?
It's like an addiction. When you eat spicy food, you gain a tolerance. Then you constantly need it. I can taste the food just fine. I just also need the heat.
Not a smoker.
Medium is about right, but I also like Hot once in a while. Speaking of salsa, it makes a pretty good topping on a hot dog, I recently discovered.

it all depends on what kinda mexican food i'm eating some foods taste better with a mild too hot salsa and some taste better on fire
