Lacey, Boars Head is delicious, we had a deli when we lived here in SoCal before..have to see if anyone out here in the desert carries it..the best!

Have you been over to the Camp board, Lorrie's little dog coco passed away..wanted to let you know..its not been a good day anywhere..

Glad Mr. L. is 'ok' and some decisions out in front of you..one thing at a time.

A very good morning to all from the Ozarks of Missouri. Grandsons still here and last night we changed ou meal plans. No tuna casserole. Last minute revisions led to Hamburger quesadilla.
Buttered the first tortilla and placed in hot skillet, sprinkled grated Mexican cheeses over it, covered cheese with cooked ground round and onions. sprinkled with garlic powder and pinch of salt and black pepper. Spooned drops of Taco sauce over. Topped with another layer of the cheese and final top of another buttered tortilla. Flipped this all over to brown on the other side. Very tasty. Boys and DH loved them. And since the gr.sons love strawberries we had them and bananas poured over some cookie and creme cake topped with whipped cream.

They are so easy to satisfy. Love to see them eat. DH appetite still good also.

Did a quick and easy cooking b/c I only had a few minutes time for preparing today's lunch.

I bought some minute steaks as well as a fresh broccoli.
The broccoli was steamed for only a few minutes.

The minute steaks went into a pan with some oil and were topped with shallot rings. Then I took the steaks out to let them cool down a bit and the broccoli went into the pan. Added 2 table spoons corn and a table spoon paprika cream cheese.

Along with that I will have some leftover spaghetti which I also tossed into the pan after I took the broccoli out. I also added some tomatoe pieces.

I hope it will be good. It's only 10:15 a.m. and I'm already hungry b/c I didn't have anything for breakfast.

Have a great Wednesday!

Good morning all-wow did this gal sleep!!!! I feel human again.

Oh DogMom-I feel so for Lorrie-I haven't been there yet but will go right to the thread. She's had lots on her plate too.

Today's "iffy" as I don't know if Mr. L will be released but I did buy enough thin sliced RB to make hot beef sandwiches if he's home.

HG-naw I won't waste away-just gives me more leeway when and if we get back to NJ.

Kelsie-thinking of you.

Okay where's the bus at so I can get ready?

Good morning all. Loads of plans today. First is my Dentist appointment. I just went in to take a shower and the water heater pilot was off. I must have somehow turned it off yesterday when I was cleaning si now I have to wait for hot water. Then hubby and I are meeting his daughter at a house that she wants to buy. She can't afford it but we will look with her because it makes her happy. Then back here for dinner of hot dogs and grilled marinated chicken breasts and lots of garden veggies. Chocolate cupcakes for dessert. Yum.
