Yucateco Hababero no color added is the only easily available sauce I actually consider hot. Everything else is too vinegary to me. It also has a good flavor.
Most of the other popular ones are just vinegar with a little spice to it, some with some added spices.

What's the difference between "hot sauce", "picante", "chili sauce" and "pico de gallo"?

Pico de gallo, also known as salsa fresca, is a fresh salsa with a short shelf life. It's made from chopped onions, tomatoes, chiles (usually green jalapeños), cilantro, salt and sometimes avocado. It's tossed with fresh lime juice after ingredients are together.

Chili sauce is a mild and sweet tomato based sauce used for cooking.

Picante is a marketing term for a brand of salsa I can't stand.

Hot sauce is a catch-all term for a huge variety of chile pepper based condiment sauces.
