Yucateco Hababero no color added is the only easily available sauce I actually consider hot. Everything else is too vinegary to me. It also has a good flavor.
Most of the other popular ones are just vinegar with a little spice to it, some with some added spices.

I don't care what brand it is as long as the label is in spanish, it's made in Mexico, and has a picture of a Sombrero, Cactus, or Bullfighter on the label ...
