busy making potato salad and deviled eggs~ for tomorrows potluck supper~ tonight ? mac and cheese~ green beans~ fish sticks~ chocolate milk~ wife says I gotta make smores!
tomorrow there is a block party in the development in which I live...if I go over....and fulfill the "good neighbor" expectation....I will probably bring a casserole of very doctored up...baked beans...that we call "Polish Beans". I dont think there is anything even the slightest Polish about them....but they are delicous and popular.
Well....I gave the kids chicken fingers and I mixed up some fruit with cool whip. I also nuked some nachos and slathered them in homemade salsa. Our garden is finally yielding some tomatoes and peppers...both sweet and jalapeno
Went out for pizza and salad tonight. Made potato salad and marinating baby back ribs for weekend
