I had thought about egg salad but skipped breakfast to meet the plumber at Lowe's and was starving when I got home. I ate the flank steak that was left from Saturday instead and should have been dinner tonight, but it all worked out.
Today, I'm going to have refried beans with cheese and salsa, on a hard (nuked)corn shell.
