Lentil casserole with feta and sun-dried tomatoes. I'll probably have it for dinner, too. Yum!

An $.89 frozen bean and cheese burrito topped with Herdez salsa and a scoop full of coleslaw on the side. It was pretty good and filling too!

French onion soup (with croutons and swiss cheese, of course), some nice, crusty french bread with butter and a Coke. I am a very happy person.

(I love the "Plats du Chef" frozen french onion soup that's available at Trader Joe's. Frozen food section.)

Brought everything separate, at lunch time I'm going to make a wrap out of:

pita bread, 1, smooshed
sliced pork chop, about 3 oz.
greek salad of cukes, sweet onion, tomato, torn green olives, crumbled goat cheese (about 1/2 c. total for serving)

Can you tell I'm trying to lose weight? Must measure everything.

Some too-early watermelon chunks on the side.

Last edited by Debsi; 03-04-2010 at 10:13 AM.. Reason: It looked like I was having 1/2 c. of goat cheese - I wish! More like 1 ounce.
