It's time for a leftover buffet.

Barbecued beef over rice and probably buttermilk biscuits

Last night was left overs.

Tonight we are having shrimp and bay scallops served with veggies over jasmine rice.

I might even cut up some herbs to make herbed rice, not sure yet.

Cloudy, chilly and windy here...so I am attempting to cook a pot of pinto beans (not too much experience in bean cooking), and will do a skillet cornbread to dunk

Changed my mind on the rice. Sent hubby to work with lamb and rice so dinner will be served over penne or maybe spaghetti.

My buffet turned out to be two left over cheese burgers and a slice of pumpkin pie. I fared well.

Either a chili relleno casserole that I've been wanting to make or smoked turkey sausage with red sauce and farfalle & texas toast. Haven't decided yet. Hopefully I'll get around to making cookies for dessert!
