I have center cut pork cutlets, but have no idea how to coook them in the oven..any suggestions? thanks

Brown the cutlets in a little oil in an oven-safe skillet (you can sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper). Brown all sides. Move skillet to over and bake until no longer pink in the center (may need to check a more formal recipe for baking temps, times, and meat temps). If serving with a sauce, drizzle the sauce on the cooked cutlets vs. baking them in the sauce.

The way I cook them is pan fry in olive oil covered for 15 minutes or till pink is gone, turn once half way through, temps-mininum of 170 degrees. I haven't yet had a dry pork chop/cutlets.

OOPS! I didn't read the oven part...sorry about that.

My wife cooks pork chops by browning them in a skillet then she cooks them in a pressure cooker. They always come out really tasty and tender.
