I have a bag of small potatoes & I'm going to boil them & then sautee them with lots of onion, garlic, & whatever fresh herbs I feel like grabbing~parsley, basil etc.. & have it with a london broil..

Might just throw some carrots in with the potatoes & save a pot..

Bean tacos with chopped celery, carrot, onion, tomatoes and grated cheddar cheese. I've got a new bottle of Frank's RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce because I saw it listed in a "Top Ten Hot Sauces" list. I've overlooked this sauce and look forward to trying it out I thought it was one of the commercial ones with all the weird ingredients, but I see it has my preferred "peppers, vinegar and salt" plus garlic. And I currently don't have any cayenne pepper sauces in my collection.
