Tonight will be leftovers I think. Large lima beans, green beans, cornbread, a little rottisserie chicken, probably need to find another meat to go with.
Grilled flat iron steak
Whole grain/brown rice simmered in beef broth then add sauteed onions,celery & mushrooms
Farm stand corn on the cob-the last day
Salad
While the pot was boiling with the spaghetti I diced up some eggplant and put alittle oil in the pan to cook the eggplant with some black olives and sweet onion and diced tomatoes and after the spaghetti was done I drained it of course and then mixed everything together and added a pinch of salt,pepper and a touch of garlic.
It's taco night! I don't have any ripe avocados, though...
