Tacoladas?? We had a concoction of ground beef with taco seasoning in flour tortillas with a chili sauce and shredded cheese! Rolled like enchiladas and baked.

Quite the challenge trying to make a dinner DD can eat. She had her wisdom teeth out on Monday and is sick and tired of soup! She's desperate for pasta so I bought some little bittie ones called "Ditali" and she's asked for her favourite: the chicken, sun-dried tomato, peas and mushroom pasta I make (no recipe, just one of those off the top of my head ones I do). So the challenge is to have everything tender and small so she can eat it with as little chewing as possible. I'm going to have to shred up the chicken and cut up the mushrooms and sun-dried toms as small as possible but not so small that it turns to mush. Wish me luck!
