Two cornish game hens in the rotissirre, corn on the cob, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and mac and cheese for son. + garlic bread.

It must be rotisserie day! We are making pulled pork on the rotisserie, sauteed mixed veggies (zucchini, squash, onion, garlic, asparagus, portobella, shiitake, and button mushrooms) with EVOO and aged Balsamic Vinegar, salmon grilled with honey and butter, homemade mac and cheese, and homemade peach cobbler for dessert! We are having company over - this is not an everyday meal!

I am on my way to your house! Thanksgiving dinner is my favorite meal.

We are having shrimp in garlic sauce over jasmine rice.
