Sockeye salmon fillets, broiled with my garlic, basil, lemon butter, salad with imitation crab etc, and fresh corn on the cob...OBTW...IT WAS GOOD.

Tonight is pizza but tomorrow we will be going to my Mom's for her bday and I am making the following:

garlic broiled chicken
broccoli salad
oven fries

coconut/chocolate graham cracker bars for dessert

beer and watermelon martinis

Turkey wraps with provolone cheese lettuce and a small cup of balsamic vinaigrette to dip in.

We had hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill, with chili and sliced cheese, etc....

Salmon fillets coated in Panko crumbs with herbs, garlic and lemon zest. Pan-fried lightly. Served with steamed broccolini and a side cucumber salad with yoghurt and dill dressing.

DH's Birthday today so I am making some king crab legs with baked potatoes and cut up watermelon for his special dinner tonight.
