It quick and easy tonight--to hot to cook anything big and my favorite dancin' show is on tonight so we're having hot dogs and potatoe salad. I made the potatoe salad yesterday!

My version of chicken satay with jasmine rice. I'm also using the leftover saffron rice, adding scallions, eggs, and soy sauce and making a fried rice. We'll see how that tastes.
