The thing I like about Plantation is the tree lined streets. Pines is ugly in the commercial areas. The residential areas in the West of PP are really nice though.

If you are talking about sending the kids to public school, Weston is a better bet even though it's more expensive than either Plantation or Pines. The public schools will be better in PP than Plantation (middle/high) but much better in Weston.

You got that right - I've been looking momma - I just like the mix in PP - i feel like that is more what life is really like, but ultimately their educations is the clencher for me - so I'm still looking - to be honest - I have found that Weston is cheaper as far as housing than West Pines - I just don't understand how this can be. I have to do more homework - boo- when we do lunch you can give me the run down of everything - thank you!

Which DM?

And Plantation just has less cookie-cutter type homes and more shade trees in the residential neighborhoods. It's a different kind of nice from Weston. Also, a lot of the more commercial areas in Pines are pretty brash looking. Plantation has more trees and has it's commercial areas set off the road.

Look in your DM - I sent you one and you responded then I sent you another and you didn't respond - I thought I was asking you too many questions, so I didn't bother you again. LOL.

Maybe? The last one I sent was about doing a color-charted google map like they have on the Memphis forum. I thought you'd be the perfect person to do it after what you did with color and the names back about a year ago. I sent the DM about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Let me know if you're not getting them because I can have a systems person look into it.

I already have one! So far, I have all of Hallandale, all of Miramar, some of Hollywood and Pembroke Pines, and what I have of those places does need some modification. I planned on working my way north, and I almost forgot about it. I looked and saw that I got them, I as well as Chelsa's DM. I think what happened was I was rejecting the window notifications and forgot to check my DM inbox again.

google maps - Google Maps

That makes sense - sounds like something Id do . I love your map for sites of interest, but I was thinking of one also for safety. I can sticky them both in the same thread.

Here, check out this map and tell me what you think - you can zoom in further and get street boundaries, etc. : Neighborhoods - Google Maps

"Green=Good, Purple=Good..but some my not like it because of some surrounding areas, Yellow=Precede with caution, Orange=Bad..but not the worst, and Red=Bad and worst."
