We used Hickox Bros. They did a great job and their price was lower than the other estimates we got. Reasonable? Well we learned docks/lifts do cost a lot more down here than they do up north on the lake! 12 pilings, wrap-around slip style dock, 12k lift, deck over existing concrete dock, +/- $15,000.

That is NOT reasonable! I didn't need a new lift, but I did get 6 new pilings put in, I tore the old dock down myself and pretty much rebuilt it to the new pilings. 6 15 foot treated 10 inch pilings cost just under $1500 installed, materials for new dock were less than $500. I consider that reasonable.
