Does anyone here know what is being built by lakes park on gladiolus? A lot of trees have been cut down and I cant find any info online about it. Not sure if it's going to be residential or commercial but it's quite a decent size of land.

I saw this on the news recently but for the life of me I can't remember what it is going to be although I know people were upset by it. Affordable senior living? Assisted living?

I guess you missed the memo that informs that all the old people moved to Florida to get away from you.......LOL

It seems every patch of bare ground has something planned for it around here as of late.

I'm wondering what's going to be built at the intersection of the two 41's in North Ft Myers, just north of the Shell Factory.

They need an overpass at the intersection of Gladiolus & U.S. 41. Ditto for U.S. 41 and Daniel's Pkwy.
