Default When will this market hit bottom?

Would love to get some predictions from people living in the actual area. I own a condo in Bellamar and would like to put it on the market for a short sale. I've seen July of this year. Your thoughts??

We've seen a big increase in sales in the last month or so. The only properties that we see much movement in are the very clean, very well priced homes/condos. I'm curious to see what happens with the sales when all of the snowbirds go back up north. Once we see six straight months of increased sales we can start to say we are coming out of the housing slump. This is not the case right now.

Are you looking to put your condo on the market in July? This is typically when we see families buying so they're in place by the time school starts in late August.

Good luck!
