Share your thoughts about Lehigh acres. It appears that home prices are very reasonable in this area. Is this a good area to live? How about employment opportunity. Oh and how is the fishing?

Do a search for Lehigh. It does not have good reviews.

There is a reason why it is so cheap.

Did some further investigation of this area. From what I found, I think we will avoid this area like the plague.........There was even some videos on you tube about the area......not good ones I may add.

Hahaha!

To answer your questions, no not a good area to live.

Employment here sucks now. Your best bets are the medical field and school system.

It use to be a nice, smaller version of the cape but maybe a bit more rural. This was until they tore the project down and all the hoods moved out. Then lehigh acres actually started to get high.

I say no thank and stay far away if you have kids.

Do not be scared. Not all of Lehigh is bad. Look around. If you have kids, ask around about the schools there.

Do a search on the forum. There are several threads about Lehigh.
