I doubt Yoko does live here. How could anyone stay with this hatred of a place.

I don't think she does. Her ex does.

Hey, Kev, remember when she said she was homeless, yet she was jetsetting all over the place and you didn't know and tried to do a fundraiser?

Good times, good times.

Interesting comments..........BUT......(Must put on Mod hat).......

Folks,
Let's refrain from discussing people and let's keep to discussing/refuting/agreeing/disagreeing with posts......

Healthy debate, especially when refuting erroneous posts are fine......

And the fun in that is...where?

Oh, okay. I get the message. I'm just kidding. It's that this whole thing is absurd. It's why I'm a non-fiction writer. You know what they say about the truth and how it is stranger than fiction.

You can't make stuff like this up.

I hate to say it but these little posts probably change nothing. Not even one person. Someone might be thinking they are ruining Tom "The Hitman" Bruzessi's business, but although city-data is wildly popular, most people have already made up their minds about whether they are going to buy or not, and when they really make up their mind is when they visit an area. These cut and paste jobs don't change anything.

Frank, you are a great moderator....fair to everyone, but wouldn't you let us mix it up just a bit?
Without being insulting,I have to say that I've never encountered a person who seems to thrive on the negative so much.Sometimes that person makes three or four posts in a row.I will admit that many of his/her points are accurate but what a strange life.I suspect a motive....why else would anyone spend so much time researching for negative data.?......it is a full time job.
The motive could be anger at the city or,perhaps, some kind of a financial gain in a crashing market.....didn't name any names....you have to guess who I'm talking about .

Thank you Sam.
Not all feel that way, but that is fine......I've been in law enforcement and a Professional firefighter for almost 25 years in addition to owning rental property, so I have a thick skin.

I do not mind negative posts as long as they are accurate and correctly reflect the link discussed, etc.

Like everywhere in the country, there are those who are hurting jobwise, debtwise, etc.....but there are also others who like and thrive in the area. City data is supposed to be a place where folks can come and get local info, etc in a BALANCED way......where there are both positive and negative posts about an area, mostly PERSONAL experiences, not just cut and paste articles.
