5stones, were you referring to the area closer to Roanoke or the KISD portion? I know little about Roanoke but I can tell the KISD portion of Ft Worth has loads of people. Probably more than I care for due to traffic.

Wait til there's a row of shopping centers there, won't that look nice, not! Seventeen Lakes is in Ft Worth, Denton County and Northwest schools. Seventeen Lakes will be a much smaller community also, only 180 homes.
