Hello City-Data community. I will be opening a store in the Parks At Arlington Mall. I was looking for a really nice place to rent but nothing really good has come up. My question is:

How long would a commute take

from:
(nice rental complex)
1800 Rogers Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76107

to:
(Parks At Arlington)
3811 S Cooper St # 2206, Arlington, TX 76015

Is it worth it?
remember that at the begining I would need to go every single day and that mall hours are from 10am to 9pm.
Mapquest says it is a 23 minute commute (not convinced)

I really whish I could get something similar to this but much closer to the Parks Mall but so far no luck.

this is the rental complex link:

Thank you in advance for your answers.

You would do much better to look in Mansfield or in Arlington/Grand Prairie along 360. That's really too far just for an apartment. There's tons of nice apartments closer.

Agree, there is a ton of descent apartments south of I-20 at 360 all the way over to carrier parkway. These apartments are considered to be be south Grand prairie. Travel time would be approx. 15 minutes to the mall. South I-20 at Cooper.
The ones South of I-20 on 287 would be south Arlington towards Mansfield/Kennedale. Travel time to the Parks mall would be approx. 20 minutes.
