New renderings of the Stockyards (phase 1) plan.

- The existing visiting center will be replaced by restaurants.
- An alleyway will be cut in the western Mule barn leading between Marine Creek and Mule Alley.
- Most new development is replacing surface lots.

Replacing the current Hawthorn Suites with multi-story hotel and apartments, with ground floor retail.

If we had a Galleria mall, the strip mall on the other side of University could have been a good location for it.
