Is it just us or have others had major issues with there "luxury home" from "Luxury Home Builder" - Toll Brothers ?

Beside the outragious option pricing we finally moved in January and have had major issues with many areas, particularly our yard and driveway.

First, we hav small gouges in many areas of the driveway and a large20 sq ft area that has the aggregate showing through. TOLL BROTHERS response is that it is a "functional" part of the home so they won't fix it, other than "patching" it which they say will be a different color !!

Also, we keep finding various objects sticking up through the grass or when we dig to put plants in. Here are a couple of examples from this weekend

Wood is still sticking out of the ground in the rear yard.

An example of their poor customer service
