Been trying to find a doctor in DFW who has experience with Iliosacral nodules aka Episacroiliac Lipomas which can cause referred pain and misdiagnosis. Any suggestions? The treatment is said to be excision of the nodules and suture repair the fascia. Tons of information on Internet and videos of treatment, but cannot find doctor in DFW that knows about it. Have met with doctors and MRIs already, but want doctor who knows about it already.

Don't know what that is, but I recently had back surgery. I reached out to my health insurance company while going through various treatments. They assigned a terrific case manager who helped me find a specialist and a hospital of excellence for the surgery in my area. I was really pleased with the whole experience because I had never had surgery and did not know who to turn to. Not sure I would take advice from folks on this particular forum
