Unfortunatley, I'm stuck with a mobile home (nice though) and I'm looking for a decent park or community around Saginaw area, give or take 20 miles. Can someone recommend one. Thanks!

There is a nice one in Rhome called By Well Estates. That is the only one I know. However I am sure there are more.

Have you thought about purchasing land in an unincorporated area instead of living in a mobile home park? I have a friend that did this, and she loves it (she lives in Wise county).

With this said. There is one sort of near us in Keller, Texas. It looks nice, but I have never gone in to check it out. I think it is kind of new because signs popped up just a few years ago. It is called Lexington Place. If you google "Lexington Place" +Keller, Texas you will find their website.

There is a mobile home park just east of 1 35 on Hwy 114 in Northlake called Northlake Village. The telephone number is 817-430-3303. We have had friends stay there in their RV.
