During my experience, it seems that Standard Pacific doesn't try to correct small problems in their home inventory homes (completed homes for sale). Also, don't want to negotiate at all, and are not willing to put in writing they do not negotiate. Any problems with Standard Pacific in the Heritage Bluffs region

I worked with the people in the sales office at Standard Pacific and they were VERY helpful. We have a 3200sq ft Std Pac home in CA (now 4 yrs old)and the build process and customer service was outstanding.

We almost got the Bentley model but my wife fell in love with the Toll Brothers St. Michael model.

Be aware that Toll brothers charges almost double for their lot premiums and many of their options/upgrades from their design center are really expensive.
Our $400k home is now just over $500k with options and all of that gets taxed at just over 3% per year with the high TX property taxes.

If we could do it again we probably would have chosen Standard Pacific.

Can't help with Standard Pacific in The Bluffs but I can tell you that Highland Homes in The Bluffs is Great!! We were so impressed with them and came here with no prior knowledge about any of the builders other than what I'd read on these message boards. Highland Homes is professional and courteous and we absolutely love our home. They were easy to work with and you might consider checking them out.
