Thank you Jukes, I actually called Costco, CVS and Sam's club to get the price of the meds. Costco was the lowest, but I had to have membership. When I called Sam's and told them the price Costco gave me they matched it without the need for membership. I think we have to shop around for everything and my next visit to the doctor I will discuss what they charge, they never get the amount I paid from insurance companies and it takes them couple months to get paid. I paid cash on the spot so I think there should be a discount for that. When I lived in CA, a group of doctors in San Francisco stopped using insurance and only charged a discounted rate for the patient visits and they were very successful.
You don't have to have a membership to use Costco's pharmacy. I think you got bad information.
