Another fresh cutting of the lawn.

Record warmth has resulted in a record 3 cuttings already, the earliest of any precious year.

My lawn is dark green and overgrown. Hopefully, HD will contact me soon to pick up the Honda HRX217HYA mower I purchased online this week.

Current soil temp 36F. Good news, the snow has recently melted. I’m thinking it will be at least a month before first mowing.

Cooler temps here the past couple of days, but starting tomorrow that all changes.

High of 72’ tomorrow followed by mid 60s to low 70’s for the next 10 days.

I am in the far NW corner of Arkansas and I have Bermuda grass which I don't like. I will be getting my very rough graded lot leveled in June with a topping of masonry sand. Would it be worth my time and $$ to put out some Zoysia seeds to get it to take over the Bermuda?

Thanks so much.

Doesn’t take much work to get amazing results…my neighbors have all experienced the same.
