If you hire this out, describe your lawn (size/layout) and share what you pay for the privilege. I think I'm being ripped off...

.5 acre...1/3 of it in a square front, 2/3 of it in a (mostly) square back yard. They mow, edge, and blow off the sidewalks, and back patio. I pay $60 every 2 weeks. This is in Loudoun Co, VA.

I have an unusual shaped lot since it's on a cul de sac. The side yard is bigger than the front or back. Third of an acre and pay $35.00 every week to mow & edge. Bucks Co., PA

Call other lawn care services in your local area, get quotes, and compare them! Numbers from other locales may not be relevant.

State and area. No one in the NYC metro knows what someone in Bowling Green should be paying.

Same here in northeast TN . Every two weeks $60 for 1/2 acre on a fairly steep hillside, lots of shrubs and trees that have to be gone around/weed whacked. No edge trimming or sidewalks though, bit of a semi rural area. Takes 3 guys roughly 20 minutes to do.

I would imagine it varies quite a bit by location. Possibly OP you might get more of an idea of what's usual for your area in your home forum?
