Horse radish, I planted a root to see what the plant looked like and now I cannot get rid of it. Herbicides are out of the question, I only run an organic garden and have been organic for over 16 years.
Slugs, for sure! They can be controlled, but it's a real pain. I hear the ones up there in the NW are so big, you can practically saddle up and ride 'em?
wild rabbits,I catch a couple of them in my yard on some nights eating my cactus, the cactus has no spines on it so they love it,but I just let them be,I feel sorry for them knowing it may be their last meal untill the coyotes get them,I also see the coyotes roaming around the subdivision often.

Squirrels! I hate those little buggers. I wouldn't begrudge them having a snack or two, but they'll walk along the row of tomatoes or whatever, and take ONE BITE from the veggie and then move to the next one.
I never used to hate squirrels before moving to Kansas, but they're all over the place here and now I hate the little bastards with a passion as deep as the fiery pits of Hades...
Deer aggravate me the most. I have to put cages around everything I plant.
