One is located in parking lot behind at the Angus Barn Restaurant near RDU
Newbern location is 10 miles east on highway 70.
The principle of the machine is to turn the crank which will turn the pulley that rotates these boots to give a good kicking
Hehehe...except for Long Island and Collinsville, Illinois, which are in the Northeast and Midwest respectively, the South tends to be the weirdest region in the U.S. according to your list
Along Route 30 (first transcontinental highway, NYC to SF) in PA:
Shoe House is a stucco replica of a high-top work boot near York, Pa. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room, 25 feet tall, 48 feet long and 17 feet wide. Built in 1948 by a guy named Haines who made millions in the shoe business.
Bedford Pa has a giant coffee pot built in the 1920s that was a lucheonette.
