Sorry dude, but I, for one, don't believe you, and I'm guessing that 99% of the board doesn't either.

I was not aware that a city could be unrealistic.

The Indianapolis forum proves this everyday. All Narnian cities have this thinking by the way. Usually something like "Same as LA...minus the rush hour traffic...but the traffic is still heavy".

Just the lengths the Narnians on the Indianapolis forum goto pat themselves on the back has to get annoying. Yes...there's gays there, liberals, density in some areas. The enjoyment in telling each other this is strange. The more you tell yourselves this, the more you think Indianapolis is some world level major city.

Just needs light rail, possibly one more skyscraper and it will be catching up with Dubai soon.
You think I'm missing the point, I think you're changing your criteria and making stuff up to make you sound important. Oh well. Apples to oranges. If Indianapolis builds a rail system and another skyscraper, it will still have nothing on Dubai and the only person suggesting that it will, is you.

You shouldn't judge people by the cities they are in, and you shouln't judge cities as if they were people because they aren't.

Kurt Vonnegut was from Indianapolis. I suppose when he was young and working towards becoming the best American author of his era he was engaged in "narnian" aspirations. What a fool.

I wrote my junior year term paper in high school on black humor in Cat's Cradle. Vonnegut had quite a sense of humor about Indianapolis.

He was a little Narnian when it came to Dayton though. He described it as being like Dresden without all the open spaces. /sarcasm

Also, I like football. Anybody care to talk about football? I really like football.

I've never suggested that. It's the overriding theme that Indianapolis is some major world city, and it's evident on the forum.

Unrealistic view of itself. The city itself, is real. Usually so Narnian might as well be unrealistic too.

Do cities have feelings, too?
