I have to diss-agree with that link at the top because if it was true dont you think places like (Stockton CA) would be on there and (Georgia AL) and (Los Angeles LA) would be higher up
What's so bad about St. Louis, Boston, DC, or Denver? I've lived in St. Louis over 21 years and IMO it is one of the best cities to live in.
Man, that is funny, especially considering the latest release of this data (which is taken from FBI crime reports). The article at the top here is old, so here's the latest article: City Crime Rankings by Population Group
Seattle is #89?!...I know it should be top 30 even though Seattle is known for Art,Basketball, and RAIN but the southend,Centrel, and west part of seattle is bad.
The link from the OP is not the worst 300 places to live in the USA. It a list of 300 medium to large cities in the US rated in order of their crime statistics. The cities in the bottom quarter of the list are the low-crime places that are certainly ones that deserve some praise. My home city is near the bottom of the list, and I like it cause I can walk around anywhere anytime without a fear in the world. If you go through the list, most of the ones listed in the top 30 or so are not real surprises, anybody keeping up with what's going on in the country would have known about many of those "usual suspects".
Well darn darn Albuquerque
Fiftyfirst worst place to live nice...
Hard to belive we know have 526,899 in 2008 from 422,417 in 1998 talk about booom! for being on the list!
