I've been to those suburbs too, they're elite level. Amongst the wealthiest people in America there and the homes, way tricked out.
Sugar Land, Katy, the Woodlands, Pearland, New Territory, Cinco Ranch, and so on are great upper middle class suburbs but they're for people all across the socio-economic spectrum where as the former group is for the elites.

Wealthiest suburb is actually an area of unincorporated Hamilton county that aligns with Carmel followed by Zionsville, Carmel then Fishers. (North) Crows Nest, Meridian Hills, Williams Creek are north side neighborhoods.
