Will that alone be enough? Nubian Ascends is great. But there needs to be 2-4x more than that in cultural appreciation attractions/restaurants/museums/explorations to really set this district in stone.

I know its making strides, but lets push the BPDA to make things far more permanent.

I mean.. Nubian Sqqaure is only but so big ya know? Benjamin Franklin Institute of Tehcnology, a technical college. is moving there and that mostly black students by far.

There are also several other housing projects that have come online, as well as a black-owned dispensary in wait. Add to this there is Jazz Urbane Cafe coming in the fall, a jazz restaurant and lounge that is black-owned. Suya Joint, Haley House already exists and serves nice drinks. And then there's also TopMix Bar (Dominican) and Soleil. There's already a supermarket, a Walgreens, and a hotel nearby.

Dudley used to have a LOT of nightlife and bars- what the city thought was too much. never forget Whitney Houston's brother was shot outside Biarritz Lounge down there in 1995. And Roscoes was another big club down there.

They also were supposed to build this

It will never be "enough" enough for what exactly btw.
