NJ is also a strain on America. Every state is if you think of it like that. FL has a much higher GDP than NJ. Severe hurricanes aren't that comm either. Where as up north They usually always have at least one bad snow storm every winter if not more.

BTW you can stop calling out specific states. This is a "which season is better" discussion not a "which state is better" discussion.

I believe the elderly would prefer the warm climate and that is why you see a lot of retirees in Florida a no-brainer there,when we are young that is a totally different story.

Humidity is brutal but when you have air-condition in cars,busses and in your homes you are not out in it very long.

I will not take this further off topic than it has gone so this will be my last post to you here unless you have something to add about the weather.

The link you posted showed that Florida gets $1.02 in Federal money for every $1 of Federal taxes paid. That is lower than 31 other states.

Yes, hurricane season was terrible last year wasn't it.

Guess the multiple blizzards up north are just great.

He doesn't know what he is talking about,just let him live in his own misery. I believe he would love to see the State of Florida get wiped off the map ,oh well let me get back on topic.
