Actually, we have and we are. C4C is only one piece of a very large set of projects and it is only a piece within a bigger Olympic project as well, it is just the most visible and controversial.

South Central Downtown/Lowell School area, almost complete.
Gold Hill Mesa, partial but not complete.
Copper Ridge in Northgate, partial but not complete.

North Nevada area, partial but not complete.
Lincoln School Project, started.
Legacy Loop Trail, started.
Community Mural Projects, not started yet.
City Gate/southwest downtown, not started yet.
South Nevada Redevelopment Plan, not started yet.
Storm Water Enterprise, started, killed, re-approved, not re-started yet.
