Is the game really that addicting that nearly every child, parent, and grandparent is playing it?

This is false. Its been confirmed that you can catch all of the currently available Pokemon in NYC city limits. There are people in NYC already with almost filled out Pokedex, and the game has been out for only a week.

In fact, you can catch MOST of the currently available Pokemon minus some evolutions in Central Park alone.

I opened it in Chicago.

There are lures, pokestops and gyms absolutely littering downtown Chicago. I suppose that would be a good thing. There is a pokestop at least once every block.

I would hope so. Even here in suburban Irvine there is a pokestop every block. I would imagine city cores would have hundreds or thousands.

The teen girl found the body of a (probable) drowning victim near a popular trail. The man who was robbed concedes that he shouldn't have been walking in that area and continues to play. The teen who was hit by a car could just as well have been texting.

So, which city would you say is best to play in, and why?
Whichever city has drivers with the fastest reaction times.

Maybe they're just distracting us from the invasion of The Reapers.
