Have heard people say this from coast to coast; having lived there myself and lived all over,"agreed," pretty hard to beat the Boulder beautiful people.

The OP said an "...unusual amount of attractive men and women "
Nothing was said about ethnicity.
Atlanta wins in my opinion because of straight beauty. Natural beauty.
Not the ton of make up, fake this and that type, natural.
No tanning, just natural.
The difference to me between Atlanta and everyplace else is....women in other places have to tan, lip, butt, breast, implants just to compete.
You take the makeup off the women in these other places and you will find out rather quickly who's attractive and who's not.
It's like the athlete who uses PEDs just to compete with the best.
Atlanta has the most attractive people in USA.
I'm from San Diego, lived in L.A. Chicago, Washington DC, New York (Brooklyn, Bronx ) Atlanta and Columbus, OH.
Atlanta hands down!
LOL now you're just promoting your city and making it very obvious by lying.
Atlanta has a ton, and I mean a ton, of fake plastic bimbos. Go to Buckhead sometimes, wannabe California girls everywhere.
Atlanta isn't even top 10, most impartial people will admit that.
Atlanta is NOT my city.....that would be Phoenix Arizona.
No place on planet earth holds a higher place in my heart than Phoenix AZ.
I will be buried in Arizona soil.
I bash no city. Atlanta was my first venture into the south. As in keeping my tradition of no city bashing, I prefer to end this right here.
As a man of honor I have to give credit where it's due.
No place I've lived can touch Atlanta for attractiveness, as far as everything else......I would prefer to keep with tradition.
