Do you consider yourself city to be progressive or not? If not what are some things you'd like your city to do become so?

Dallas -- In Texas, yes. Completely different planet from most of the state. Nationally, it's more average and in line with places like Atlanta. Both are going through the pains of transitioning from a sunbelt city to one with more urban options. Socially, the city is very welcoming.
