When I saw this example in Downtown Fort Wayne, IN, I had to take a double take.

Are there any other examples?

A few Indiana towns have that kind. My hometown had a bit of a refresh from the last mayor and one of the upgrades included those signs, which are actually illuminated at night, though they don’t have the Wells Fargo advertising which is a bit interesting. I think they look pretty decent.

The street signs in East Brewton, Alabama are somewhat unique.

We have upgraded to some rather fancy ones here too, lit with the city logo on them.

I thought the Wells Fargo ad was the strange part. The signs themselves are pretty common.

I always liked the Southwestern tribal-style street signs in downtown Albuquerque.

I don't know if this counts (the street sign isn't even visible in the link, which is from 2011 and looks like someone may have taken it out ... there is the bottom portion of the pole visible). This one is strange because Cleveland's north-south streets are numbered and east-west streets are named. But there is one exception (at least the only one that I'm aware of) where W. 151st Street intersects with W. 150th Street.

I always do a double take when I'm heading up W. 150th and see the W. 151st street sign.
